Dubai Real Estate sector sees $4.3B transactions this week
The Dubai real estate sector recorded more than AED15.9bn ($4.3bn) of transactions this week, according to data from the Land Department.
It is an increase of almost $500m on the AED15.45bn recorded the week before.
Sales dominated the figures, with AED10.15bn ($2.76bn), according to Land Department data.

In total there were 4,239 sales transactions recorded in the past week.
Among the top listed sales transactions listed on the Land Department website were:
- An apartment in ORLA by Omniyat, Palm Jumeirah sold for AED49,422,470 ($13,5m)
- An apartment sold in Vela by Omniyat, Business Bay for ($12.1m)
- An apartment in BV Residences, Jumeira Bay sold for AED38.5m ($10.5m)
The Land Department also showed mortgage deals worth AED4.36bn ($1.2bn) between May 27 and May 31.
Gift transactions in the same period were valued at AED1.4bn ($381m).
