According to Miss Kiran Khawaja, real estate in Dubai has seen spectacular growth over the past few years. It’s easy to settle into life in Dubai because everyone’s needs are met. Investors who put money into Dubai back then are reaping the benefits of the city’s meteoric rise to the top of every industry today. Some investors earn 18% on short-term investments. Dubai’s dollarization eliminates currency devaluation, another benefit. This reassures all investors. Dubai luxury real estate rental returns are unmatched, with up to 300 percent capital gains. Dubai is also attracting wealthy folks. Billionaires visited last year. Service and hospitality jobs are plentiful. Demand is high since one to two million visitors and foreign employees’ visits here weekly.

Miss Kiran Khawaja stated in response to a query about Dubai being tax-free and has higher capital gains on property investment.
It’s a better investment because you won’t pay taxes on the property’s sale proceeds and Dubai has maximum capital returns on property investment. In another question regarding why you’ve traveled from Dubai to Kigali, Rwanda in search of financial backers, Miss Kiran Khawaja said, Rwanda is very dear to my heart. It’s like a second home to me. Friendships with Rwandans are abundant in my life. We are promoting Dubai real estate in Kigali, Rwanda and people of Rwanda gave a remarkable response to our roadshow. We want to collaborate with the government to spread the word about how remarkable Rwanda is and how far it has come in the past two decades. Fajar Realty will also tie up with Rwanda’s real estate industry for future investments.

Miss Kiran Khawaja said they are the friendliest people in the world. I have been to about eighty different countries and have never experienced such a warm welcome. The population is close, accepting, and cutting-edge.
